The time I spent residing in a Russell Realty property was well spent. I had minimal issues living there and when I needed maintenance requests, it was responded to in a timely manner. Also the agency is very professional from day one until move out.

This is the best company I highly recommend. I have been renting with this company for 3 years and I’ve had nothing but the best experience. Whatever I need and whenever I need it everything is always done in a timely manner. Mrs. Russell and Danielle are the best I am soo thankful and greatful for them both and they are always very professional 🙂

Ok customer service skills , but awful job . I just talked too them about a house 3 weeks ago, not even a week ,I called back to check and they said I was missing a form (but yet they haven’t contacted me too tell me ) so I sent the form the same day. while waiting on them too finish the screening I still didn’t hear anything so I called yet again and now they say they went with another applicant but they could have told me before I gave them my money. Will not fill out another application with this property management company . Good luck to the future residence. JMO

Been a tenant since 2018 in one of the rental properties they manage. The application and approval process was very easy and efficient. Mrs Marcie Russell is very professional and so nice and cooperative. The only issues have been minor maintenance that just simply comes with any home. Always a quick response to get the job done. Office is in Alabaster which is quite a drive from where I live, but it's only been a few times I've had to drive out. Thanks again!

Russell Realty is one of the best realty companies in the area. They are super responsive and helpful. They send emails when closing early and make personal to check on tenants. The air was out on the weekend and the staff came out on a Saturday afternoon to repair the unit. Highly recommended!!

I should have made plans to move when we first moved in 5 years ago...I arrived on move-in day (December 26th, 2017, with a fully loaded Uhaul truck) to meet maintenance for a walk-through and get the key. We stood out there for an hour understanding that he could be running late,, when I call the office I am told that a a sliding glass door was broken 3 weeks prior and needed to be replaced and that I was not supposed to move-in. None of this was ever communicated to me prior to move-in day when I am outside with my family and a fully loaded Uhaul truck.. Unfortunately I did not read the reviews when we moved into a property they manage 5 years ago. We are still tenants and have never missed or been late on a payment EVER. Similar to another tenant's review below I was without an operational stove for MONTHS, always being told one thing by Marcia Russell and she would pass the buck onto the manufacturer's when she wasn't overly expressing how it was a courtesy to replace because they do not cover appliances..but get this the electric stove shorted out because the ceiling above the stove would leak water randomly and it took months before that issue was resolved because it wasn't leaking when maintenance came out. Since April 2022 I have been dealing with plumbing issues, causing outrageous sewer bills.. that just got resolved August 3 and I am being told they will do nothing to offset the months long exorbitant sewer costs despite their extremely delayed response to adequately resolve the issue. There are other maintenance requests that were submitted in April as well that are still not resolved. I try to be patient but I will go 2 weeks to a month before I ask for an update because I understand there are other tenants but when I finally speak with Marcia she is rude, condescending, and she will just pass you off to Danielle Russell if you are not going along with whatever she says. In regards to the stove issue last year and the flooring issue this year (reported in April, still not resolved) she passed the buck and blames the manufacturer and the flooring company for the delays.. even if that was the case when you are aware of the delay the tenant should be made aware. Prospective tenants and owners save yourself the headache and avoid this place.

Russell Realty has assisted me with renting my property since 2012. The company has tried its best to always put good tenants in my property and if for some reason it didn't work out they provided me support with fixing the issue. I really like that they have maintenance and other companies such as roofing and even an attorney on stand by if needed. Russell Realty is knowledgeable when it comes to the new renting environment and even if you want to buy or sell your property. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
