I have been seeing Teri for years to do my taxes. He is certainly one of the best! His knowledge of tax prep is second to none. I would highly recommend Teri Ruso for your tax prep.

It saddens me that after reading all these positive reviews my experience was not the same. After being a client for 7-10 years here I was told to go elsewhere! My 2023 tax return was messed up by my employer, my tax guy and the IRS. From the beginning when I notified my "tax guy" I needed to do an Amended return I had several questions. After going through my emails I realized he never answered one question!!! The IRS entered it incorrectly bc my "tax guy" should of known better and filled it out improperly. It was not detailed and was presumptuous. When issues arose nobody was of any help to me. The whole thing was extremely frustrating bc I was billed timely and expected to pay upon receipt, however, my emails went weeks, I mean weeks, without response. I called left messages was assured a callback and it never happened. When I followed up and put pressure on them I was given 3 different excuses as to why it wasn't done right and why it was taking so long!!!!! I finally called them out for "lying" to me and poor customer service only to be told I was no longer their problem!!! I am now navigating it alone and definitely seeking a better tax firm that treats ALL CLIENTS THE SAME!
I never met Terry Ruso. I never had and dealings with him and he never did my return once! I was given some employee. From this poor customer service to the incredibly poor response time to emails and failed call backs I would never recommend them. All they did was blame me, my employer, and the IRS. Multiple people including the IRS noted they failed to file the first Amended return correctly!

Terry is a wonderful accountant and I’ve referred numerous friends to him. We have been seeing him for almost 10 years and honestly the face to face meeting is what we look forward to most. The staff is always so welcoming (I’ve had to print documents I forgot to bring on more than one occasion!) and they’re always so accommodating! Besides that Terry knows exactly how to ensure we have everything filed correctly and has always been up front with us about what we should expect. The prices are completely reasonable especially when you consider the excellent and professional work you’re receiving. Highly recommended!!

My family and I have been working with Terry for well over a decade now and my experience has always been super easy and stress free! As a small business owner, I’m always looking for tax breaks. Terry goes out of his way to suggest additional write offs that I may not be aware of and just recently called me at 830pm on a Friday to advise me of a small business loan/grant I am eligible for. He filled out and submitted the application while I was on the phone! This is a team who truly cares about what they do and go the extra mile! I appreciate his team more now than ever during this pandemic and 5 weeks away from giving birth. This is one less thing I need to worry about. Thank you for taking the stress off my plate!!
