Just to explain my personal experience; I was dealing with a situation in business in which I had a solid case to back me up, but the people I was dealing with are notoriously known to be devious and manipulative in misrepresenting a case and fighting against the truth. Thus, I expected to face a long and exhausting battle.

He put tremendous thought into his approach, penning the relevant documents not just with the legal terminology or generic write-ups, but specifically drafting with a clever approach and deliberate choice of words in attempt to nail the opponent into yielding the right results. And it did. (It definitely helps that he has great writing skills!)
