Like most folks, I only typically write reviews if the service rendered was extremely satisfactory or much less. Unfortunately, my experience with Rosenberg Chesnov CPAs was much more than disappointing. A colleague at the Business Council of Westchester (BCW) referred me to the firm. While they diligently work and ensure they get the job done correctly, the communication and lack of response could be better. So abysmal that I felt I was being too overzealous at times for checking in on the status of items on a semi-weekly/bi-weekly basis.

I was "tossed" from preparer to preparer, and with all the time taken over the course of months, I was still hit with a good amount of fees; some were unavoidable and reasonable, and others could be argued. Maybe this was my experience, or I was the unlucky client this past year with a crazy tax season.

I thank them for their work and those who stepped in along the way to course correct, but I cannot recommend them due to their communication habits alone. While it's not the entire firm, I cannot single out an individual. Hopefully, you have a better experience than I did.
