I was recruited by an agent of Rose who appeared to be sincere spportive. He pushed me through the hiring process and subsequently the onboarding to a position with UHC(United Health Care) which did not not pay well but set a high expectation.
I encountered a health issue prior to my start date but was encouraged ny my recruiter to continue with my onboarding. My background and testing all went well. My recruited stated to me and assured me that health issue would not be a problem and all would be well, and that Rose was going to support me throughout my training.

I was transparent when I found out that I had a health issue and brought to the attention of my recruiter. I started my contract assignment and training and after 2 weeks I was keeping up with my class as I promised that I would do. But, my trainer was indulging in personal conversation daily with the training class a little too much in my opinion and they discussed their animals, eating habits, illnesses, job pay, among other things that proved to be distraction to me and not training related.

So I received an email the other day that HR wanted to meet with me to discuss my health issue which we discussed. I assured them that my health was not the problem and that I was in fact keeping up with my training class. But HR determined that I would be a hinderence and felt the need to cancel my contract citing that would not be able to keep up when I assured them that I would.

They went on to suggest that I would better off on another project that they were not in a position to offer me one since they removing the project that I was already hired on to do. The recruiters tell one thing to get their commision by installing you on a project and then once you are on the communication with you ends. So much for for having my back and Rose not adhereing to ADA compliance. In case you may not know what ADA means (Americans with Disablity Act).

I would not recommend this job. The training is horrible unorganized unprofessional. I don’t understand how they got a contract with United healthcare because they don’t know what they Are doing they do not care about their employees if you’re looking for a temporary position with a contractor job do not pick this one.

Scam. They had me submit all my documents for work after hiring me and then sent me an email stating they’re no longer hiring for the position. I feel they’re stealing peoples identity.

Scam, I thought it was legit when one of the recruiter Jamie got ahold of me. So I went through with it. Until I started seeing other people who seemed sketchy blowing up my emails. Of course she sends my info to some 3rd party people. And of course! No job! Because no one takes 3rd party people & companies seriously because they’re scams! Mind you they’re supposedly under “Abbott” which I doubt it’s official & all they do is get your information, and resume to try to say they “send it to them”. These 3rd party temp scams need to go out of business for good!
They don’t contribute to anything or even get anyone jobs!

Very shady place to work. It was my only option to work from home since I'm handicap. During training they can't even accommodate for people with disabilities. The people they hire are picked from the bottom of the barrel and that's an understatement. I only worked until lunch break and had to leave cause of pain. Mia Cooper was the supervisor and she never even showed an ounce of concern. I still haven't been paid, and to make matters worse I've had 2 fraudulent transactions in my bank account since submitting my info for direct deposit. I should've gone with my gut instinct during the initial interview process. They are all of Indian decent and you can't understand them. They pay less than any other companies out there including most fast food locations. Please do your research and I hope you find work elsewhere.

Scammers. They'll flood your email and phone, claiming to be recruiters and have jobs they think you'd be a good fit for, but then can't even tell you what company the position is with or any important supplemental information, nor do they follow up with you, which is Recruitment 101. They then try to get your social security number so they can sell your information or try to scam you themselves later. They're not there to help you in your job search. They just want your information to make you a target. Don't fall for it. Shady, scamming liars.

I was offered a job and completed all of the necessary steps however, I had to call them to follow up because they are not very proactive once they get all of your information and documents. The last follow up I was told that they selected other candidates after I'd received the order. A week later they call me back with another offer, they said they thought the selection process was done but they still had openings. I completed all of the additional steps and then I had to start calling for a follow up again. Finally I was told that I missed the training class but a new training class will start in June. It has been several weeks and they have not confirmed that I will start the June training class.

They are very pushy when requesting your personal information (they request more documents and information than any staffing agency that I have EVER worked for and the solicit and recruit you) but they can not follow up once after they have all of you personal and identifying information. To date I do not know if I will start the June training because no one has called me back. They have everything from ssn to college transcripts for a minimal paying temporary position.

******Update******
Another 3 weeks later, I just called again and they informed me that they will not have my background done before the 3rd start date and it will not be completed until the end of September. What company does that. Oh, I have a banking background and I have never heard of 6-7 month for a background check. They are definitely scamming!

Ok so HONEST Review… The call I received did indeed sound sketchy buttt I did my research and took the job opportunity!! It’s truly been a life changing experience for me ! I was a consultant for only 3 months before getting hired on permanently with the company they were recruiting for!!! Natalie Meyer is truly amazing and very informative she answered every text every call and she followed up with me! This is not a scam at ALL this is the real deal… the reviews made me doubt but I had an amazing experience with this company… you have to be on top of your paperwork for getting hired.. 🙂 Thank you Rose International!!
