Thought we had found a good one based on reviews. They completely screwed up our taxes, filed them in multiple states and IRS with our SSNs obfuscated, so they were all sent back to be redone. To add insult to injury, they tried to bill us for the extra work they had to do refiling with our SSNs properly included. They also filed our out of state taxes without required supporting documentation. I guess they didn't research what was required. Wanted us to pay them for the extra effort cleaning up that mess too.
