Jason did a really good job at designing my back porch so that I can pull the permit to get it done. They took quite some time about 5-6 weeks to get it done but they got it done. Thank you for all your help, definitely will use riddle engineering again for my future projects. I recommend them. Thank you for all your help.

If you like being ignored for months - Jason is your guy. No phone, no contact. I’ve had to drive there several times on the off chance that someone’s there.
Never actually did what he said he would.
His father too, lies about getting “back to me.”
Complete waste of time.

I needed a foundation plan for a slab I had in my back yard.
I spoke with Paul and explained my situation. He immediately knew what I needed and had me a set of plans within a few weeks.
While in the office waiting to pick up my plans, I saw several Army commendations on the wall. Turns out Paul is a West Point graduate back in the day. Thank you for your service from one vet to another 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

This is the most inresponsible company I have try to work with. As a business owner that I am customer service is the most priority on a daily agenda, customer relation is what makes a business..
I have call numerous of time this company and no answers neither no return calls, I spoke to Jason Riddle and follow up on his demand I email him all the pictures as requested and no response to emails, nor call back.
The only time this Jason person talk to me was because I call so many times that finalI got him on the phone and when I told him who was calling; he told me I'm going on vacation and will be out for 10 days as soon I get back I'll get back to you I did get your email.pictures.. We'll I gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited another week and no calls nor emails.
WHAT A WAIST OF TIME ON TRYING TO HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR 2 PROJECTS ON MY HOUSE. a custom shed 10× 15 ×10 and a 12 by 20 extension on back of home. I call another company and in less then 24 hrs have some on on board already... I just want to say thanks to Riddle Engineering for waisting 3 weeks off my valuable time.

Seem to busy to take care of business. Left messages and with no return call. Finally got ahold of someone and they said they would have Paul call me back. Nope not once. If we work with Tallen builders again I won't have these guys do the engineering.
