I reached out in early 2023 to have taxes from a prior year amended. After a few follow ups they e-filed and I thought everything was good to go. I later received a notice from the IRS that they were not completed properly, so I then had to find another firm to fix and resubmit. Months later I just received an invoice.

I’m not implying that the firm is not good or reputable, only sharing my experience.
