Excellent long-distance home selling experience with Brice and the staff at Resource! We worked primarily with Eliza as well as Brice to get the home ready to sell after over 11 years as an investment/rental property. They coordinated absolutely everything and worked with our property management company to make a smooth and successful transition from tenant occupancy to going on the market and quickly into a contract. Their flexibility and resourcefulness when addressing the various challenges inherent to this kind of transaction were extremely helpful and kept our stress level low. Brice was extremely knowledgeable about the selling process. During the pre-listing walk through he gave us many great ideas, large and small, to make our house more marketable. He also helped us identify areas of concern specific to the lenders and home inspectors that potential buyers in our area would use. We ended up with multiple offers within days! Brice’s knowledge about the market was definitely a contributing factor to the quick sale of our house. Would highly recommend!
