So disappointed in this so called therapy. We had phone call appointments set up with Katie Washington who is the one in charge. She would never call us. We would call her, she never picked up. This was after we had our orientation paid for. We then tried again when she said and called and called and she ignored us. Finally, it came down to do our class, and she wouldn't even let us know the info on how to join the class. For people trying to better themselves and get treated this way is so wrong. Only igniting more trauma filled experiences. To top it off, she then texted us that she wouldn't be doing our sessions after paid for. She is a scam, completely shady,fishy, and definitely not sympathetic toward our situation and only made it worse. Stay clear from her.
