RES did a fantastic job managing our Brooklyn apartment renovation. Ross is easily one of the best project managers we have ever worked with. He managed our renovation from start to finish on a short timeline, and went above and beyond our expectations. We were not able to be on site while the project was done, but we fully trusted Ross & his staff member Nimoy as they provided us regular photo updates along with calls and emails about the status of the work. Ross & Nimoy collected quotes, got us discounts, arranged a schedule of contractors, met with contractors and ensured the work they did was correct. When there were changes that needed to be made along the way they were able to update things to ensure they met our expectations. Thanks to Ross we were able to consider every last detail in our renovation, and were able to include carpentry, electrical, painting, and floors. He took every last detail into consideration, and didn't mind if I sent texts at various hours asking questions about specific details. Everything went according to schedule and was completed on time, which was phenomenal. To top it off, Ross is just a genuinely warm and kind person who is a skilled communicator. Hiring Ross Spivak of RES Consulting NYC, LLC to help us with our veterinary hospital move and the final stages of our construction management was one of the BEST decisions we made! Without Ross’ expertise, we could have had many more challenges, much more stress and even worse, costly delays.

Initially, Ross jumped right in and became a liaison between our general contractor and our hospital. His communication was frequent and effective. His critical actions helped to provide us with a more realistic “move date” for our 24/7 operation.

Ross was immediately helpful by taking a number of responsibilities off of the hospital management team’s plate. Ross was able to troubleshoot certain problems with the construction company directly or coordinate answers with our team more efficiently, allowing management to focus on other important tasks.
