GC's beware. They bid their jobs to 10+ GC's, then use every tactic in the industry to reduce your price. They will WASTE YOUR TIME and they do not care. Good luck.

We contracted to have REP'M assist us during a franchise lease negotiation and project management during build out. REP'M was consistently late in responding to us during the lease phase. They provided grossly inaccurate information and responded basically with a shrug when we pointed out the mistakes. After failing this first of 5 major tasks, we quit working with them because they were wasting our time. Despite failing on the first 20% of the tasks (and what should have been the easiest task!), they kept all of our 50% deposit.
