This place is TERRIBLE! I only went with them because when I moved in they were able to make the delivery of the furniture quicker than Aaron’s. I have always done business with Aaron’s and will continue to do so. This place harasses you with multiple phone calls to personal and work phones for an agreement that is 5 days past due (FIVE a during Christmas/new years week nonetheless). An agreement that is on auto payment and that has had a payment confirmation receipt sent. If I get a payment confirmation in my email then why would I believe anything is past due? They can’t seem to answer me on why I get the payment confirmations either. The auto payment system is the problem. It doesn’t save information appropriately and leads to this harrassment. Use Aaron’s! Much much better customer service and understanding of when their system is the problem and not the consumer!!

Planned on renting a TV and couch for our new place. Walked in with my wife, she asked to use the bathroom and was greeted by a very rude employee named Bertha and another coworker. We decided to just leave instead 🙂

False advertisement of free same-day delivery. Very slow and interruptive customer service. Would not recommend RAC in general as we visited two other stores (Englewood) and their furniture was dirty. Go to a used furniture store or Facebook market for better quality than these stores have.

Worked with rent a center while I was active duty. Recently my account was locked by my bank for suspicious activity and waiting to be unlocked. Told them and when I was at work harassed my family.

Really rude manager named Desi. Talked down to me like I was 5 years old. I was polite to her and whenever I'd ask a question or get even a little frustrated. She'd say "I'm not selling you anything if you keep giving me an attitude." I was kinda upset the first time I did business with her so I kinda understood the comment at the time and I thought we had moved past it.But I went in today to pick up the computer I ordered online. I did my paperwork and she said everything was good to go on the phone. Then she got UPSET WITH ME when I asked her why I needed to do more paperwork. I was not rude at all and I just had a damn question. So I walked out after that. Very unprofessional. I am not doing business with this store ever again.

Ok I don't know about the everyone else but as for me I have nothing but good things to say about that store. Desi is great, everything and anything I wanted she bent over backwards to get it or find what I wanted. She kept me updated on all my delivery times and if it was going to b late she let me know. Desi is great and I wouldn't want to deal with anyone else. Thanks Des for all that you do.

I’ve been a long time customer and for the most part my experience has been decent. My complaint is I’ve had a broken bed frame on a product that I’ve been trying to have addressed for 2 months now with no resolution, it’s been very frustrating!!
