Never Met My Agents and Still gave them a FIVE start rating!!!

TK Warden, Rachel Leary, and Carole Purser were fantastic to work with.

My family and I were moving from Ohio to work here in Eastern NC. So, the following story took place without me ever meeting my Re/Max agents in person. Carole Purser (who came highly recommended) was the only person I ever met.

Carole Purser (now an agent for Re/Max) showed me her listing but due to circumstances beyond her control at the time could not be my dual agent. So, because I have had wonderful experiences with Re/Max in the past, I Googled a local agent. I went straight to the broker, TK Warden. She and Rachel worked diligently with Carole (and her former agency) to make sure my house closed on time, that the sellers were satisfied, and that my family's dreams came true.

When we hit what seemed to be a roadblock with the loan to have our closing on time, TK Warden tenaciously pushed for everything to move forward. Not only did the loan go through on time, but my closing costs were extremely low (mind-blowing low). The lawyer from Trimpi and Nash that Ms. Warden recommended was also fantastic and reasonably priced.

But my story doesn't end there, within a week of moving into our new home in NC from Ohio, our air conditioning went out. Not what you want to happen in Eastern NC in August. Thankfully, we had a home warranty that was included by the seller in the closing cost. When the home warranty agency was having a hard time finding someone to service me, I turned to Re/Max again. Ms. Warden recommended A. R. Stone (a recognized contractor with my home warranty company). Because of her connections in the area, he immediately said "yes" and within 24 hours my air was back on and my wife was happy (that is always a plus).

I could go on and on about this team. I am very thankful I was recommended to Carole Purser initially. She represented her former company well and with integrity. And I also am very happy she has joined the Re/Max Coastal Associates team.

I am very grateful that TK Warden and Rachael Leary worked so diligently on my behalf every step of the way. I have always had great faith in the Re/Max name. These ladies made my faith increase. Whether you are selling or buying in Northeastern NC, this is the best team you could have.

Now, back to work with the view from my screened in back porch while I look at my three acres of land that the Re/Max team helped make my new reality. One day I hope to meet them in person, but it never made a difference. Thank you so very, very much!

TK had us sell our house for way less than the value. It was easily worth $460K, easily or much more and she had us list at $400K. She had a buyer and her office was dual agent. Her main concern was double-dipping for her office and getting a quick sale.
