So far everything has been great. The initial process with Nich was very easy and the hand off to the rest of the team has been great. We are waiting on the IRS to process our ERC, but we all know how slow refunds from the government can be. Hoping to see this push though soon, but everything has been great this far

I am the CEO of a company and Reindeer Consulting provided us with consulting services for the ERC. My experience working with the accounting team was great and professional but my experience with the accounts receivable team has been very shoddy and indecent.

The IRS sent the ERC refund checks to my company over several weeks and months as each quarter was processed. Before my company received each refund check from the IRS, I would receive incessant emails and phone calls from Ella M. of Reindeer’s accounts receivable team demanding their fees. These fees were to be paid from the refund checks. The fees owed were paid by my company each time an IRS refund check was received, and these checks were cashed by Reindeer.

Today, a message was left with my office staff by Ella M. of Reindeer’s accounts receivable team threatening to send our last invoice to collection and ruin our business credit. Note that all invoices due and owing to Reindeer had been paid in full. Nothing is owed.

I find it extremely indecent that such a message was left with my office staff. This is completely unacceptable behavior. If Reindeer erroneously believed a debt was owed to them, I still expect their team to exhibit basic decency. I contacted the accounting team that I worked with and notified them of this incident. I hope that they can address these issues to ensure better service in the future. I will not be conducting any further business with this company.
