This is certainly a good alternative to the nonsense of long-distance car driving to Miami Airport. The buses are comfortable and quite punctual. The prices are good for single passengers. But the service is strikingly mismanaged in the matter of cleanses. It’s simply substandard. Some buses look like they had not been properly cleaned for days or weeks (cleaning doesn’t mean merely removing trash) and the Red Coach stop facility in Orlando is taken from the Third World.

We've been trying to book tickets for our kids from their colleges to home in FL for 3 days. Their website doesn't work and when we place the order, it's always declining any payment methods (credit card, PayPal, google Pay). We tried for 3 days in a row with several computers and even 8 different credit cards. I called their customer service and they say there's no reported problems. We depend on this company to have our kids back and apparently there's no solution.

The most horrendous service ever! They will send you a link for tracking, delay your bus, not update your tracking on time, not send a notification about upcoming or current boarding, and expect you to wait for a bus outside in Miami heat not to miss it! Never again!

I had my worst trip from red coach. I originally booked first class seat from Orlando to Miami. Then red coach canceled the trip and gave me another ticket at a different time, economy class seat and did not issue any refund. I would rather rent a car and drive by myself rather than take red coach rides.

This is not a "business class" or "luxury" bus services in any way. I have used this service multiple times and despite still advertising wifi, busses no longer have wifi available. I have had a number of issues and customer service is a joke, it's basically non-existent. They have never offered to resolve and issue or make me whole, but instead just say that have noted my issue, thanks and good bye. About as poor quality of business as it gets.

Bus broke down, no replacement after hours. Might have to stay overnight on the broken down bus on the highway. Rude and disrespectful driver who thinks it isn't his problem. Avoid!

Consider this a zero-star review. Judging by the other reviews, the company couldn't care less. So, hopefully, I can save somebody a headache of taking a bus from hell. The driver was beyond rude and legit reckless. He'd start driving off while people were still getting in the seats. And not like gently driving, but more like carmageddon (I know, I'm old). There was no wifi, and the dude was blasting the AC on a cold rainy day that 3 people tried to ask him to turn it off. To no avail. Now, two guys got into a legit fight in the back, with one of the guys asking the driver to change the seat because he didn't feel safe. The driver didn't even break, leave alone managed the situation. A gentleman behind me called me brain-dead for putting the back of my chair too low in front of the seat where he had his bag. Presumably, an empty chair that was not paid for by his bag. Don't trust this business/first class nonsense. It's terrible, it's trashy, it's full-on dangerous, and it will make you question goodness in people and the world.

Haven’t been on my trip yet. Therefore I can’t answer what my experience on the bus trip yet. However, I called (Customer Service) and explain to the young lady Hannah, what I wanted and so forth she was very sweet, very professional. She wasn’t in a hurry. She explained everything along with sharing with me how to get coupons and cheaper rates. she stayed on the phone with me and walked me through everything until I ready to pay for my trip, the most amazing part of all she understood and spoke ENGLISH fluently.
