Jerry really knocked it out if the park with the sale of my dad's house after he passed. Him and his team was in constant contact throughout the process. Mona Soza was not a good realtor. We were looking to buy a house that she was the selling agent for, but she kept trying to up sale us to increase her commission. Any offer using a different buying agent was denied because she wouldn't get dual commission. She also gave our information from a open house sign in sheet to an out of county mortgage lender, signing us up for "cold calls". Eventually the owner chose a different selling realtor and we moved on to a different house.
