I had the pleasure of renting from tony for 2 years . My partner and I were first-time renters and were having a hard time getting a place until we met the landlord Tony . He was super kind and understanding . The apartment was very nice and a great price, and the complex had gardeners that kept it beautiful. We definitely will rent again if we move back . My experience with Tony and Realty 1 Property Management was top notch! He helped me get into a rental house that I absolutely loved. He also was always available when I needed something addressed or fixed in the house. Eventually, when I moved out (after 3 years) he did his best to help me successfully get my full deposit back. I would recommend Tony to all of my friends and family. He is straight forward, honest, and reliable, and that’s good as gold in my book!

My husband used Tony as a property manager for his homestead property in Yucca Valley after we had a bad experience with another local property management company. We were a military family, out of area. Tony always was quick to communicate any impending issues and quickly resolve any problems. My husband was in the process of preparing the home for sale with help from Tony. But unfortunately, my husband passed away before that could happen. Tony helped to keep the property secure for over a year until I was ready to finish the sale process. I was grateful to know that he was there to help with the much needed repairs when I was out of area. Great experience dealing with Realty 1 and especially Tony Salto.

What an absolute amazing experience my family and I had with Tony at Realty 1. Always polite, we always felt taken care of, and the home we made ours for almost 2 years was very nice. I just recently moved out of one of the property Tony Salto manages. Tony is an honest man that really takes care of business. Being in he Marine Corps for over 17 years I have moved around a lot and Tony has been by far the best manager I have had. He supports the military and our schedule and will work with you to meet you if you need anything. Great guy to work with. I would highly recommend him and his realty company to anyone who needs property management or buying or selling a home. Thanks for everything Tony.
