Since Ashley Marriott of RealManage assumed management of our community following the departure of our previous property manager at United Community, we have been highly impressed with the level of service provided. Their software platform, which manages everything from work orders and purchase orders to financial oversight, is a significant improvement over the limited information we received in the past. While the support staff has been exceptional, effective community management requires a representative who understands the homeowner association's history, challenges, and the path to solutions. Ashley has thoroughly familiarized herself with our community's needs and initiatives, making it easier to address and resolve ongoing issues efficiently.

I was asked by a friend looking at community management companies about who we use and I told her RealManage. She looked them up and later told me the reviews were not very good. I felt compelled to look. I must say that the service/communication from top management has not been the best, however our CAM Ashley Marriott has been exceptional. Her knowledge, recommendations and resources have basically saved our community. Hopefully top management will step up and be more responsive. We are very fortunate to have a CAM like Ashley, and hopefully RealManage recognizes the success she brings to our community and their company!

I would give zero stars if I could. This company is completely unresponsive. They don't answer emails, address questions, or offer any clarification. Mr Jason Lawrence has 0 knowledge about anything under the sun and would not respond a single email. They demonstrate a lack of understanding regarding legal compliance and provide no follow-up. They've even stated they only communicate with board members, ignoring all other homeowners. Their only apparent function is collecting monthly HOA fees. Don't waste your time or money hiring them.

Great presentation from Maurice! Once signing with the company, they have done a good job in transitioning our records and finances to their online portal. Their portal is excellent for communications! Still in the early stages, but I can see good things ahead:)

My husband and I have been trying to resolve an issue with this company charging us late fees for HOA dues even though we make the payments before they are due. In addition, they claim we missed one month's payment even though we have proof that it was paid, including their own confirmation number.
The response from this company has been minimal to none. The property manager has made it clear that she is avoiding my calls and emails are not being responded to or without any solution. The call center apparently has very limited access to cinnect us eith anyone and no one returns calls despite leaving multiple messages. We are now months into this with zero solution. This company is very unresponsive and unprofessional. I wish I could give zero stars.

UPDATE: My case was escalated to upper management and the quality of service and communication improved, leading to the clarification and solution to my concerns.
