I rented for 3 years and 3 months and it was not until today when I spoke with Anna did I ever feel I received professional and courteous customer care and service, with the exception of the young lady who initially showed me the property. Anna was very professional, courteous, and took immediate action to resolve the issue and also provided me reassurance that I no longer need be worried. I've worked in customer care and service for many years and Anna has the ideal mannerism for the job. I finally feel very relieved after speaking with Anna, and confident that the issue has been resolved after previous multiple attempts with a different employee ended with no results and continued frustration.
