Before I met Rob and the team at rd&partners, I had no idea what an Executive Coach even did.

In fact it was by chance that I even stumbled upon the website and read Rob's ebook on the "Truth About Executive Coaching".

Now that I've been working with Rob for 6-8 months, I can't see how any responsible and accountable leader that wants to better themselves, could do without one.

What I've come to learn is that no leader is perfect, and we've all got baggage that prevents us from acknowledging a problem and taking initiative to fix it.

For me, it was my inability to be flexible and work well with others.

I'm a lone wolf, and would often work by myself creating, delegating and -- so I thought -- working productively to better my organization.

What I discovered through some self-analysis as well as through rd&partners' stakeholder centered coaching approach, is that my TEAM didn't feel the same way!

Part of being a leader is not just DOING, but also mentoring, interacting, teaching and communicating with your direct reports and those within the organization.

So while it might have been beneficial (to me at least!) to diligently work and get things done, my team and organization were suffering as a result of not being able to interact with me as regularly as they wanted to, get feedback on an ongoing basis, and feel like they were contributing at a higher level.

Long story short, as a result of working with rd&partners and Rob in particular, I've come to understand how my actions deeply affect everything I do and those around me.

Working through my personality quirks and preferences to be more accommodating and understanding of others has led to a direct and measurable increase in productivity, team morale and my own personal job satisfaction.

In short, I highly recommend Rob and am grateful for having worked with him.

rd&partners have a clear easy to follow approach to executive coaching. I have worked with him at multiple organizations. Their approach is straight forward and built on creating a cooperative relationship. Goals are set; language is direct and to the point, and individuals going through the process have had nothing but good things to say. My experience was excellent. Rob Denker is extremely experienced in what he does professionally. He has a polished process to build relationships with his clients, develop trust and provide ongoing mentorship. Rob also is very approachable and is quick to respond to email requests, etc. If there is one other word I could use about his strengths is "wise" or very wise about the ways of the world and his craft.
