He had always done such a good job or at least I thought he was when doing my taxes but this year I moved far and he said he can do my taxes through the phone I sent him my info and I zelled him the money. I trusted him because he has done my taxes before but he took forever to file them i had to constantly call and feel like a burden simply because I wanted my taxes done and which I had already paid for. He never apologized and lied and said he had filed them but once he finally emailed me the paperwork (8 days later) I saw that he had just filed them and not only did he lie about the amount I was going to get but I got way less!! I messaged him and told him I was disappointed specially since I was telling my sister about him and I ended up looking bad after this experience and he didn't bother to at least apologize and simply been honest. If he would of talked to me and let me know he had a family emergency or something and said he wasn't able to work on them I would of understood but he said NOTHING. I am very disappointed and out of respect of the other years he did okay I'm leaving 3 stars otherwise I would of left 0
