Erica in Largo office was amazing. Super helpful. 5 stars for her
Unfortunately, I have a leaking window. Initially hired someone to repair the inside, but it’s coming from the outside. It has been a nightmare. During Milton, my window began crumbling in from the top. My floors are warped, mold growing in my window casing.

Patricia Harman keeps insisting on needing a lot survey for a roof shingle approval. We had our roof damaged from Hurricane Milton and need a new roof. There is no landline involved, so no lot survey was done. I also don't understand why she needs to see the proposal, as the cost to replace our roof is no one's business and should have nothing to do with approving the shingle color.

I finally talked with Mark and he was fantastic. The receptionist that answered the phone was not very nice and then the other receptionist answered the phone and she was very polite but Mark was excellent.
