Our copier was delivered on the agreed upon date. Good communication with the technician who set up the copier and got it networked up. He spent all the time I needed to show me the operation and procedures when something goes wrong. The whole thing took less than an hour.

I feel confident that when service is needed that QLS will handle it in a professional and timely manner.

Took my printer in for an estimate for repairs at QLS Solutions. That afternoon they called me and told me that it was a cartridge issue and they replaced the cartridge and cleaned the printer. I then told them I only requested an estimate and to call before performing any work. As it is a work printer and I already had cartridges, I told them that I didn't request a cleaning and only an estimate . She was very rude and told me they would remove the new cartridge but I had to pay 60$ for the cleaning after having already paid 28.28$ for the diagnostic. They would not return my printer until I paid 60$. This is extortion or switch and bate, bring it in and they fix whatever without authorization. I am only one consumer and I can imagine how they are ripping off corporate accounts. Stay away!
