I leave this review 6 years after continuing to use their services. Jimmy is good , but “ANYOLINA VENTURA” She is the best She has very good communication with the client to know that absolutely nothing is missing before submitting them. I personally own property, invest in stocks, and collect dividends. She always makes sure I have all my paperwork in order without me having to go to the office in person. highly recommended especially Anyolina!

I have been doing my Taxes here for years with Jeffry Veloz. He always knew what questions to ask and always followed up. Now that he has gone the place has truly spiraled down and been about collecting its money from you with no reassurance. I have never been Audited by the IRS when Jeffry was doing my taxes for 13 years! Now I HAVE BEEN AND GUESS WHOSE NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE!!! Don’t come here. You will regret it

Disappointed. As I waited to be helped today another workere asked the receptionist if I was being helped. Instead of her allowing the next person to help me she said it's only 1 person in front of her. I waited 20 mins and still no assistance. I've been going to Pupilo for over 15 years. They lost a customer today.

I have been a customer for well over 7 years. I am very satisfied with the service and staff are very professional. I love the set up and how you are treated, you pick a number and you are called accordingly which cuts down on your wait time. They get you the most and look for added deductions for you if they can. I’ve never been disappointed yet, would definitely recommend them!!!
