I give it-10 stars. Manuel Ramos is a crook. DO NOT PLACE YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY WITH THIS MAN. He took advantage of my elderly father for 10 years, bilking all the interest from his account. When we tried to setup an appointment to sort this all out HE REFUSED TO SEE US. We are currently in the process of seeking attorney representation. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Be careful coming to this person office he over lie to my parents saying they will be earning interest every year .from the money he was just moving around from one account to another .my parents were coming every year to sign off a paper because he make my parents believe they were earning interest from their own money my parents invest he over lie over years I didn't know what happen he even drove my dad to the bank to sign a check for $100 thousand dollars and he kept check .he deposit check in another invest account.this a fraud .please be advised about him.do not do any type of business with him .
