Property Management Consultants of Columbia was a dream to work with. Deciding to rent out your home can be scary. I was hesitant because I’ve heard horror stories, but they made the whole process completely painless. They did a great job finding tenants quickly and everything went perfectly smooth for the two years they were in the home. When I first returned to my home, I was pleasantly surprised that everything looked exactly as it did when I left.
