Deundre from ProPCit was AMAZING! We got a cracked screen from Samsung and he stayed with us while we contacted Samsung. He helped (did pretty much all of it) to repackage the TV so that it could be shipped back to Samsung. He also made sure we had the labels ready and guided us through the process. He then stayed until we ordered a new one. The very next day, he helped pick up the new TV and bring it to our house and set it up perfectly. He also cleaned everything up. He was the NICEST guy in the world! I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend him! He can do everything!
