I hope the people who own this company, and the lawyers and the courts that work together know and acknowledge how unchristian this practice is. Suing people for medical debt is next level disgusting. Garnishing wages for medical debt should be illegal. And for decent people it is immoral. No Godly individual would do this to anyone. Not many states even allow this. The fact that Arkansas does is sad. Welcome to the Bible Belt. Get sick, can't pay, get sued.

Should be called Unprofessional Credit Management. No phone calls, no letters, no contact whatsoever and now I find out that I had an unpaid medical bill (since 11/2022) and they are reporting it on my credit. It tanked my score by 78 points in five months! I wouldn't have known I had a bill if I hadn't checked my credit report. An apparent miscommunication by the doctors office and the center I had my surgery at has now led to a fiasco. I pay my bills, when I know I have them, and I worked hard for that credit score. All they had to do was call.

Trying to garnish my wages even though I have a consent judgment with a doable payment plan with them already. They are stating that they "do not show two of my payments on their end." I have filed a complaint with BBB. I have no idea how much money they will take through garnishment of my paycheck, the letter they sent to my employer does not state an amount. They also will not give me a projected date of when my debt will be paid in full... they've tacked on several fees and a 6.5% interest rate that apparently accrues monthly. There appears to be no end in sight. All these other reviewers say "do not pay them" but how is that possible? Especially, when they garnish your wages? How can that be stopped? Infuriating and sad.

If I could give them zero stars I would. After not receiving one call or letter (I got a notification on my credit report)
, I paid off an account with them over a year ago and they failed to report it as being paid. I spoke to a manager THREE times regarding this—This last time, the manager Kris was EXTREMELY rude. If you hate your job, quit…do us all a favor. I was told by multiple employees that my account was paid in full on recorded lines. I am in the process of hiring an attorney and have requested copies of my ledger: DO NOT pay them or trust them when they say you owe. Request copies on everything and don’t rely on the online payments being posted correctly. They will take your money and state the payment never posted. I have reached out to the BBB for the first time ever in life. Save yourself so much trouble please.

I get phone calls, about long expired debts, as old as 20 years back, for which is nearly impossible to get records for, this only started after the Equifax breach where 148 million Americans personal credit information was released to apparently unscrupulous persons unknown, and since then, I've been harried by various collection firms including this one threatening legal action if I don't pay. One time it was for a Capitol One card that I paid off more than 12 years ago, and oddly enough, I currently have 2 card accounts in good standing with that same creditor, which they have verified with me that it cannot happen if I had such a debt involving one of their cards, even in the distant past. They are clearly involved in wire fraud, what I consider also as theft, and conspiracy to intimidate, in order to get funds from old, stolen records.

After reading these reviews And calling them asking to have it in writing that after my payment that they will show paid on credit report...they refused to send me written statement to do that..so i dont understand. Your in business to collect money but yet you cant do what right after customers pay , so how much money is your company loosing by not working with consumers to be fair. Change your business practices raise your google reviews and make more money!! Simple ! Otherwise people just file bankruptsy. Its so so easy and simple.

Rude, disgusting people, do not call them at all and keep disputing debt they own. I recently found out that I had 14 medical bills with them from Baptist in Memphis. The contracted company (midsouth therapeutics) didn't initially bill the charity that paid for my medical bills @100% during my time at Baptist in 2020. The charity paid 200k in medical bills for me.

When I made contact with the original creditor, they apologized and called PCM to have them clear the debt in their systems because it was mistakenly sent to them. I filed disputes with every credit bureau and their not deleting the debt, it keeps showing paid, that's all. It should come back as unverified so that the accounts can be deleted.

How can you keep debt on someone's file that you didn't receive money on? As per the rep with Midsouth Therapeutics, the debt was canceled because it wasn't valid. Midsouth Therapeutics had to unfortunately eat the cost and both parties that attempted to ruin my credit won't get one cent.

The end of 2020 was a nightmare for me. I'm disabled, unable to work with a new friend attached to my heart. After calling today I have to take action elsewhere because my heart can't take stress. I'm in contact with a law firm that helps disabled people, they are ready to make contact if the items are not removed from my credit. Fight back folks!

Refused to remove an item from credit report or properly update it to reflect bankruptcy. Had to file a complaint with the CFPB and they finally removed it. Bunch of scammers, and cons work for this company. Will do anything they can as long as they can get away with it. Luckily I reported to the consumer financial protection bureau and it was taken care of. This company is close to getting sued.
