These people have no problem cashing your rent check, but will be in no rush to fix up an apartment you are moving into or address serious issues. When I moved in there was mold rot in bathroom, a cracked window in door frame and other small things that should have bee fixed. Porch is breaking up, my foot fell through and took them two days to come out and cover up hole with patch job. Will show you apartment when people are still there and when you give notice, they will also show apartment when you are in the middle of packing. They do not even take inventory of any repairs that need to be done post move out (let alone before you move in). No emergency contact for maintenance if something were to happen too btw.

Wow is all I can say. I was warned before I rented from these guys that they were scum, and I should I listened. Left the property in November, they are trying to get me to pay for utilities all the way up to March even though another Tennant was in the building a month after we left cranking the heat. They act all nice and make promises to your face then turn around and threaten law suits and send ridiculous bills. Avoid at all costs.
