Note: B Cup is an amazing cafe, definitely 5 stars. But this is a review of the printing service.

Printing service is nice, but they only have bucketed/tiered payments you can make; aka they force you to buy credits in $5 increments, which is lame. Would give 5 stars if they just charged you for what you needed.

It prints.. pretty simple process, 2 main issues:
1. It charges a minimum of $5. Maybe I could use in the future but the charge was about twice the cost.
2. Slowwwww took about 3-4 minutes to print 5 pages (5 separate files, but still). There were only 2 of us wanting to print at the same time and there was already a wait…

This service is incredibly efficient and helpful. The only reason I couldn't give B Cup Cafe's print service 5 stars is due to the high cost of each print. Although I don't have to buy a printer, so why am I complaining?

The staff at the cafe fixed the printer quickly with replacing the paper, and I was able to register and leave with my printout in about 10-15 minutes. Next time expect it to be much faster. I'd use this again

The printer worked perfectly for me. Once I got onto the Wi-Fi I emailed the document to the printer company. They got back to me right away and I clicked whether I wanted it one sided or two. Then I put in my payment info and bam, out came my document. And it was on nice thick and shiny paper. Will definitely use this again.
