Glad to see it isn't just me.

Worst HOA company ever. "Company" isnt even the right word. Its just one lady that "banishes" residents from any communication with her. She wouldnt return phone calls, emails or questions posted through pilera. After asking for information to apply for a disability exemption to one if the "rules" on the hundreds of pages, she informed me that she wasnt legally allowed to speak to me on the phone.

Attempting to understand the undocumented process for getting an exemption resulted in waiting days followup questions that eventually resulted in her not responding at all. I thought her lack of response meant everything was OK, only to start getting harrassing letters about the same violation 10 months later. And the violation wasnt due to a complaint by a neighbor, but the oerson she pays to drive around our neighborhood in an unmarked car taking photos of our homes, going out of their way to find the most minute "violations".

At that point she just ended all communication with me and sic'd a lawyer on me. All because the HOA rules currently prevent me from participating in a county run program for people with disabilities.

At this point she cut off all communication such that Im not able to get information or ask questions about other unrelated things in my neighborhood because she just cut off any form of communication to me except registered mail from her attorney. She cant even acknowkedge receipt of documents or request forms. The other day there was an urgent issue in our neighborhood and I literally felt afraid to call and report it because of how she treats me.

Several of my neighbors moved and cited the property management company as their sole reason for doing so.

I was relieved to see other people here had the same issues and it wasnt just me. Especially seeing she treats other people with disabilites so terribly. I love my home and neighborhood but wish I could afford to move away from the control of such a horrible, dehumanizing person.

If you are on the board of an HOA, please do not hire this company. She's unqualified to address issues rekated to disabilites. Her "company" is just her and she outright refuses to communicate with some resudents about badic processes and procedures. She'll make your residents hate living in their own neighborhoods.

These people are horrible!! I wish we could give zero stars!! I don't understand how they collect fees and do not have the staffing to support their volume. I have left a total of 8 message and 2 emails with no response and we are going on 2 weeks. At first they lied to our builder and stated the phones were down. We then sent emails, still no response. When we finally speak to the OWNER, she tells us someone is out due to medical reasons but then states she has a temp come in but doesn't know when she comes in. A lemonade stand could be run better. We ended up getting her personal number (because the builder messed up and provided us her cell phone number) she then tells my wife "I work until 10pm already, I am not going to return calls until midnight" Who the hell is this woman And why the hell is she running a business? If you can't handle the work load, get additional help or get the hell out of this business!! I wish I would have seen these reviews before I bought in here. My first time buying a home has been a nightmare and all I want to do it put up a damn fence that I WILL BE PAYING FOR!! I will be calling the BBB and reporting their ridiculous business practices.

I agree with the other review saying that she gave them one star because zero stars isn't an option. These people are monsters. My husband died a week after they sent a notice about "bare spots" in my lawn. When he died, I lost 2/3 of my household income and because he was sick for a very long time, I was left with no life insurance, no savings, nothing. They were aware that he was terminally ill long before he died, and I told them my situation again after he died. Their "solution" was to give me a year to fix my "bare spots" or else I would be fined. I am a disabled veteran who is now raising a child alone and my only income is my VA disability, which I have been trying for a very long time to get increased because of my inability to work because of my disabilities, coupled with a severe and permanent injury from when I was working. I was struggling just to keep my home and take care of my child while they were expecting me to pay $750 to $1000 to fix these "bare spots." Amazingly, I wasn't able to afford to have these "bare spots" fixed in their time frame, so they sent me a letter telling me I was being fined $1000! They said I could appeal it - but, surprise! - they kept the fine and a few months later sent me a letter telling me that I had to give them $1000 (+ a $10 fee) within 30 days from the date of the letter. They posted that letter 14 days after it was dated, leaving me with less than 2 weeks to pay them over $1000 for "bare spots" in my lawn or else it would turn into an "assessment," which gives them the right to try and foreclose on my home. All because of "bare spots" in my grass.
These people have SO many complaints against them with the BBB, but it's pointless because they're never punished. They selectively enforce violations of their "community standards" - which is a 147-page document of their dictatorial rules! These people are MONSTERS. They couldn't care LESS about the people in their neighborhoods or the neighborhoods themselves. They're willing to put a disabled veteran who is recently widowed and a single mother out on the streets because of GRASS!!! WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE WOULD DO THAT? These monsters - that's who.

This is the worst HOA company I have ever dealt with, no wonder most of my neighbors want to move from Asbel Creek!!!!!!!! with all these bad reviews I don't know how they are still in business!!!!! They should be voted out is my opinion, I have lived there for over 13 years and they have always been difficult to deal with and rude in every sense of the word!!!!!!!! I wish I could give them a negative number since they don't even deserve a 0!!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Our community has been trying to reach out to Pam Washburn on multiple occasions, and yet she has no intention of ever responding back. We were told that our community pool would be open in the summer of 2019 but it is the summer of 2020 and it is still not open. Pam Washburn was the one supposed to figure out a plan but instead she is just collecting a check and doing nothing to resolve any issues in our community. We have had many concerns that we have voiced to her, but she has never responded or sent anyone out to fix these issues. She and Premier Community Consultants should be ashamed of themselves in how they operate. Please, do not use this group for your community because you will most likely have the same horrible experiences that it seems everyone else has had with them.

I gave them one star because I had to, this company deserves zero stars! I brought a home in copper creek and I've contacted them many times about the same issue( my palm trees they put were dead , and now one is missing due to the hurricane) and it is still not resolved. Another issue they are now enforcing is that we can't park on the street 24/7 and they don't have visitor parking for when familes visit either. My husband got home at 5pm from work and he parked half on our driveway and half on the street because we had a family member over and they towed his car. We had to park on out landscape right infront of our door because there is no visitor parking. If I knew this was how our HOA would be I would have never purchased this home.

I was stuck outside my gate for 10 mins. I emailed the this Hoa and a response was sent to me at 11pm saying the code for the gate is on face book.
This company is such a fraud I pay you every month and I have to put up with these uneducated idiots. I despise this HOA in this community of copper Creek.
There was no urgency taking to me being locked outside the gate that the residents no longer have a close for. She then replied the code can be found on Facebook. This is Pam Washburn reply dont really care if that's the correct spelling of her last name.
Please I didn't make any changes to this once so ever hell you would be hostile too if you have no means to get through a gate to access your home!!! We are paying these people to look at Facebook. I feel like I'm in the twilight zone. Since being at copper creek the plumbing has failed. I've been discriminated against. We have 1 neighbor who has his front screened and they denied me what a joke. I'm putting in a claim with my attorney hopefully with more people we can get rid Of this company. It's sad so many negative reviews.

First of all, I responded to your email at 9:13 p.m. last night on my personal time. I did not respond to your increasingly hostile emails after 11:00 p.m. You may always let yourself in the community when your remote does not work by scrolling through the directory to your name and entering the code *on the keypad or entering the *without scrolling through the directory. This will cause the gate system to dial the phone number listed below. Answer the phone and press 9 on your phone to open the gate. The temporary gate code is . Every community does not have a gate code as they are often widely distributed and difficult to manage. For your future reference our office hours are Mon – Thursday 9-4 and Friday 9-noon. The answering service answers all incoming calls and emails us the messages. We respond to those as quickly as possible when in the office which is not every day. Leaving an email allows us to respond after hours on those evenings when we do not have meetings.
