If I were to give them 6 stars I would, but I am capped at five. As an employee of a national home project company I realized that home property management companies must make the most practical use of their time. Many people do not work the system using tools like fax and emails to their advantage.

People calling businesses today love calling and talking to anyone they can that will listen to their gripes; when, if they concentrated on the task at hand they would actually accomplish something. Premier Community Consultant worked with me and my customer to get the project approved in a timely manner and communication by fax and email was perfect!

This is the worst HOA company I have ever dealt with. Our HOA was sold transferred to this company and we didn’t receive any notice from them on how or where to make payments. I had to call over 3 different companies before receiving there name and I have been calling them for almost 4 months leaving messages just to find out if they are in fact my HOA company and I received no response. They have sent my account to collections and are now trying to charge me approximately $1000 to get my account in good standing... these people have lost their minds. Worst company ever I would never buy a home in a community where I see them listed as the HOA... please be warned!!!

This company gets paid to manage home owners associations... They are rude as hell & totally incompetent.. We purchased a fence from a major company who had installed fencing on two sides of our property at the beginning of November 2016. It took these morons until March of 2017 to approve the installation. All required docs & drawings were in order as per association rules. Five months waiting for approval is totally outrageous...

If I could give negative stars I would. This company took over my property last year and have been completely unresponsive to all emails, calls and entry's into their portal for homeowners. Starting to feel like our HOA money is going into someone's pocket and nothing is actually being done for the property. WORST customer service ever, how are they in business?

This company is the WORST! They are a property management company for homeowners associations. I work with a lot of Management companies and have never run into such TRASH! They will send out notices of deed violations then fine the crap out of you. Don't bother to correct the problem, because even when we have and have gone to board meetings with proof that violations have been corrected they still fine you. They should be run out of any community.
