He ensured that every notice was properly documented, took photos of each posting, kept records, and provided timely updates on any new developments.

Jay and Stevie are very unethical they helped my ex try and take custody of my children while making False accusations in a DV restraining order on my ex has always been the abuser when I won so legal and physical custody they then tried to file for an emergency order to my children again making up false accusations do not trust these people. They are not good honest men.

Words cannot describe how happy and grateful I am for Preferred Services for handling my complicated eviction problem. From the first contact with Steve, he didn't just rush me through what I needed to say to explain my complicated situation, he actually took the time to listen and ask questions. He wasn't pushy at all to have me come in and pay to start the process, he offered for me to come in for a full free consultation and explained that if he felt they would not be able to help me then they would not take my money or the case. I went and met him and Jay who both were very knowledgeable and although I didn't initially proceed with their services right away (because personal reasons) as soon as i called back they were ready to start the process. Since then Jay has gone above and beyond to help me through this tough process, even when the person I'm trying to evict served me with a restraining order, he was quick to jump on that case and help me with all that paperwork, he even went to my court date with me for support. He handles all the hard work from preparing paperwork to filing at the courts, you can just sit back and (try to) relax, lol. You can tell Jay really loves what he does and cares for his clients. He'll take your call almost anytime day or night, he's always on the go working hard. And also the front office woman Lisa, she is the sweetest! I may have been a bit emotional at some of my in person interactions and she didn't hesitate to pull me aside to comfort and encourage me.
