Before working with Kenny (started 8 months ago), I was a complete couch potato with zero experience in strength training. This was my first serious step into health and fitness, and I couldn’t have asked for a better personal trainer.

Kenny created a custom plan tailored to my needs, and the results have been nothing short of amazing. I’m now in the best shape of my life—my vitals are normal, my metabolism is fantastic, I sleep 8 hours a night, and my mental health has improved significantly.

I’ve gone from hip thrusting 70 lbs to over 320 lbs! My posture, once arched, is now strong and aligned, and what used to be a struggle on leg days is now something I look forward to.

What sets Kenny apart is his holistic approach. He doesn’t just focus on the training program but also offers valuable advice on nutrition and overall wellness. He meticulously tracks my progress on an app, which keeps me motivated and on track. I’ve seen other trainers throw random exercises at clients, but Kenny’s structured and strategic approach really stands out.

I started training with Kenny a few months ago, and he’s been excellent. He’s a true professional with a deep understanding of anatomy and movement. I’ve definitely gotten stronger, but what really stood out was how he helped me eliminate persistent shoulder pain that physical therapy hadn’t resolved. Through a couple months of targeted exercises, the issue completely cleared up.

I have been training with Kenny for over 10 months now and he has been extremely helpful, patient and supportive. I initially started to train after an injury so he helped me improve my overall mobility as well as help me get stronger. Now that my goals have changed completely he has adjusted my program accordingly to achieve muscle strength and slim physique. He is always positive, very careful, and receptive to feedback! I started training with Kenny six months ago, and my body has transformed. Before I started working out with him, I had never used a personal trainer. I didn’t even know how to find one. After quite a bit of Googling, I reached out to Kenny because he had great online reviews.

When we first started training together, I was already in good shape because I was regularly working out at Barry Bootcamp’s and running outside, but I wanted to be more intentional in building my glutes and my lower body.

Kenny helped me understand that my old workout routine was too cardio-intensive for my glute goals, and I needed to lift heavier, run less, and eat more. I especially needed to eat more protein. I was nervous to change my routine and eat more calories, but I trusted his advice and I’m glad I did! Now, I’m much stronger, and I’ve added muscle in all the right places, especially my glutes and quads.

I had never lifted in the gym on my own before working with Kenny, but he encouraged me to join a gym and helped me get into a solo lifting routine. I lift with him 2x per week and he programs independent lifting routines for me to follow on my own 2x per week. It’s the ideal setup. His encouragement and support helped me go from a total novice to a confident lifter in a short time.

Kenny’s magic is in his precise approach to designing my routines. He ties everything back to my fitness goals and measures my progress so we can track my gains. We even measure the circumference of my glutes every month.

10/10 experience working with Kenny, he is an incredible personal trainer! I started working with him after slacking on exercise during the pandemic, and wanted to improve my strength/muscle tone. I’ve worked with trainers in the past, but Kenny’s training program is superior, and I’m so happy with the results! He knows when to challenge you, but is also very accommodating when needed, and adapts his programs if you have an injury or aren’t feeling 100% on a certain day. He also crafts an at home program for you that compliments the in-gym program, so you’re guided on days not in a session together. This particularly has been so helpful to keep myself motivated between sessions. He’s very professional and extremely knowledgeable, but also very nice and personable. I could not be happier I found Kenny!

Also worth noting - I also really enjoy the more boutique style gym he works out of (the Live Well Company). It’s clean and never super crowded!

Kenny is amazing, I have been working out with him for about 5 month now and it has been truly a game changer in my fitness journey! As someone with zero experience with strength training and not the best relationship with working out - I feel so much stronger and energized than before. Right from day 1, Kenny has been attentive, patient and encouraging. He takes a systematic approach to developing a workout program catered to my goals and nutrition - he also sprinkles in boxing sessions (which I truly enjoy) to add some variety. I’ve learned so much throughout the past couple of months about exercise, proper forms, and nutrition. After working with Kenny, I have a more consistent relationship with working out and I looking forward to each session. I highly highly recommend Kenny if you’re looking for a personal trainer - he’s honestly the best!!

Kenny is the best trainer I have ever worked with. He has great energy and makes working out fun! In the just the past 6 months he has increased my strength, taught me about my nutrition, and laughed a lot in the process. I was previously having intermittent back pain episodes from long drives or just sitting at my desk all day, and this has completely gone away due to my increased strength. He uses an app so we can track my programs, progress and data, and stay on track if I go out of town. Each program is tailored to me and the goals I have for my body. I feel so empowered on my own journey and it is all thanks to him. Can’t recommend him enough!!
