Great professional staff and services -- the Precision IT team go above & beyond to make sure our business runs smoothly! When the company's email system shut down unexpectedly (due to the incompetence of the web hosting company) Precision stayed on top of the situation (around the clock!) and not only got it back up and running, but continually monitored the situation afterwards and put safeguards in place to prevent it from happening it again. Many of our staff, (self-included!) work odd hours, off-site & on weekends. When problems arise, we can count on someone answering the phone for help to resolve the issue.
