This was my chicken sandwich in Paducah Ky. The billboard showed a thick piece of crunchy chicken hanging off the bun. My chicken didn’t even come close to covering the bun! Come on Popeyes, I paid $11 for this and a bite of coleslaw. What a rip off!! I won’t be back

We ordered three chicken sandwiches, three fries, and a 5 piece combo through door dash for the Columbia, Missouri store. When it got here none of the chicken sandwiches were included and all the fries were gross and not eatable.

Then, they never answered the phone when we tried to call and let them know they screwed up our order. It was a $73 bill and we didn’t even get to eat any of it. I would NEVER again do business with that Popeyes location if that’s the service they provide. I would LOVE to know how we can get our money back on this order!!!!

Popeyes is trash they need to close every spot down, the folks that they have working are very in professional. The establishment is Always out of some product that is advertised on the menu and folks can type in the correct order. When you try to speak to someone about the issue, they place you on a “brief” hold. I haven’t spent my money with this franchise since before they came out with the chicken sandwich. I decided to try them out tonight and it was a major fail. Down with the company they are trash nothing like back in the day .

Location in St Peters, MO on Salt Lick Rd needs to be shut down. Workers are trash, lazy and the food sucks!!! Never will I step foot in another Popeyes chicken place again. There is so many other places to eat that have way better chicken!! Do everyone in this area, close that place!

Sitting at the Ponca City Oklahoma restaurant and there are 7people working. There is 2 of us waiting in
The lobby for our food. It's been 20minutes. I've never seen a crew move so slow. I won't be coming here again. KFC has my business now. Then to top it off, they gave me the wrong order.

Popeye's in copperas cove Texas the outside of the building was gross. Bricks falling off the building. Something white was on the ground in the copper tubing is which also exposed. The customer entrance was black instead of white concrete. The food was good and fresh the employees where friendly and professional.
The mens bathroom was pretty clean. The door was hard to close.
I hope the district manager or the regional manager address these problems.

Went to the Buford location for the 6$ big box advertised on the internet showing a leg and thigh
Was told it was a breast and wing. I don't eat white meat and they said it's whatever is in the system
False advertisement on the web and TV commercials

If I can give Popeye's Chicken beyond zero's I would. Please don't eat there you make get food poisoning like I did.
