I went for the first time a few days ago. The staff was friendly! We had made an error in the info we were bringing the lawyers for a family matter and they were very nice explaining it to us so we understood what we needed to do.

Used for new construction contract review and mortgage loan close to include title search. Very thorough w/all paperwork received esp. title search. Legal Assistant, Emilee kept me posted on everything. Shelia Pope and her husband, Wayne Pope, went over all forms and handled in a very professional manner working w/contractor, bank, other attorney, etc. Easier close I ever experienced.

I have used Pope and Pope for both personal and professional reasons and they have always gone above and beyond. I have always received very timely responses from them, and have found them to be both honest and trustworthy. As a local business owner, it is important to me to obtain assistance from my local community as often as possible. Although they are not a huge firm, they are far more convenient than a big law firm, and are far more accessible than a larger firm. Not only are they periodically active in community events and festivals, they also care about the residents of our small town, and are an asset to Harnett County. I would highly recommend them, and am grateful for all the help they have always given me!

The response of this law group is horrendous. To say they are non-responsive is putting it mildly! These Attorneys (and I use that term loosely) have been suppose to return numerous phone calls about my Mother’s estate. It is a small estate, so I guess it’s not enough money for them to bother. But they haven’t minded taking my parent’s money, year after year, for all their business. When I call, I can never get farther than the receptionist. I can’t even get a copy of the will they prepared for my Mother. I leave my name and number, over and over, but they will not return calls. If you choose this firm to do business with, good luck. You’ll need it!

Honest, down to earth and extremely helpful. Will and Sheila go above and beyond expectations. It is important to them to make sure their clients fully understand what ever process their going through. The receptionists also go above and beyond their expectations, making sure they do what they can their clients. I will continue to use Pope and Pope will handle all my legal matters.
