At a time when our healthcare system can be overwhelming and so confusing, it has been such a relief to have the team at Platinum Group available to assist my daughter and I every step of the way. Two years ago I signed up for health insurance through the marketplace. I have been fighting with them ever since about cost, renewals and bouncing me back and forth between companies. Tara McCormick helped sort out my account... accounts actually because somehow I had two! She was pleasurable, easy to understand, patient and as far as I could tell, honest. Three of the last four years have seen me sitting in the Platinum exchange office. I have always consistently had an excellent experience. The staff are knowledgeable, capable, and patient. I contacted Platinum Group one day before the deadline for my special enrollment period for getting health insurance.
