I would give them 6 if I could. Their estimate was extremely fair. I even requested an upgrade on a pole. They did it with no extra charge. Due to scheduling conflicts that I actually did by mistake, they waited very patiently and did the job. They also kept checking in with me to make sure I was happy with what they were doing. Even the staff at the office was very professional. I will definitely call them again.

The technicians that did the work were respectful and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes, but we were charged labor while they went out for 1.5 hours to buy a 4 dollar metal ring. I could see charging a fee for going and getting a part but not 1.5 hours of labor. If they had to order a part would we be charged to wait for shipping? We tried to talk to them about it but they were not understanding at all.

I have dealt with this company for over 15 years plus, for our businesses. I recently had some problems scheduling work to be done and never showed up. They stated they were busy with bigger jobs and it got overlooked. So then when they did come we had problems with their employees not cleaning up their mess and being rude & unprofessional on the job, took problems & pictures to management in person, was told that it would be taken care of by the owner. We now need some work done again and called to schedule but we’re told that they have bigger jobs to take care of and they would not schedule our repairs at all, no referral for any other company. This business doesn’t value their long-standing paying business customers.. just the high price tag ones from the city... very rude & unprofessional!! We will just take our business elsewhere!!!

My Brother-In-Law gave me the number, called this morning and they came out, find the problem and fixed it in less than an hour. Jeff did a great job, and explain what he would do, and what he found and how he fixed it. Would recommend to anyone needing electrical work.

Called to schedule an appointment.was told they would call me back.they never did,, Icalled the next afternoon and was told they were going to call, and again they did not.a week later this guy shows up at my front door, unannounced, no call, saying he was told to come here and install a fan....seriously?....no I d on him or the vehicle.no no......I know who I will not call again, or refer anyone to.
