We ran into Pia in one of the open houses. At that time, we were just casually looking at different options and were not looking to buy anytime soon. We got other agents' details as well from other open houses. Of all of them, Pia was clearly the one that impressed us the most. She was there for us even when we were unreasonable with our requests. She had good contacts we needed in our buying process, from lenders to home inspectors to home warranty and more. Her market research was very thorough and insightful, which allowed us to submit competitive offers. She even figured out what we actually wanted in a home even when we we hadn't realized it. She was really great in working with seller agents. In just over a month of seriously looking at homes, we were able to close our dream home and Pia was instrumental in getting us that. She successfully navigated us through multiple counter offer and helped us submit the most competitive offer that was also reasonable for us. She's very knowledgeable, hard working and patient. And she will not stop trying until she finds you a great home. If it was not for Pia, we would have not found our dream home. Pia is like family to us now, she's helped us find a great home for our two young kids to grow up in. We are so grateful.
