CEO of Co-Op raises rates even when customers vote NO and makes 370k a year which is more than Entergys CEO and they are much bigger and better. Nothing is EVER their fault so expect to pay huge on bills or if anything goes wrong like a limb they failed to cut on anothers property ripping down line then your box. Thats YOUR fault and it'll be 1200$ to a "good 'ole boy" they know because they cant fix it. Terrible company. Bring us ENTERGY.

Shout out to the service personnel at the Clinton location. On the coldest day of the year, day before Christmas Eve, and there we were without electricity. They flew in and located the problem quickly. Switched out a transformer and wam, we had heat and electricity. Great job, from the office personal who answered my call, to the quick professional service men who responded. Thank you all and may we wish you all a very merry Christmas!

Making every customer pay for the 50k miles of fiber internet they are putting up. Bill last year in June was 180. This year, 410. They have no explanation, went to levelized at 240 but somehow last month was 290. This bunch doesn't even have call waiting. Looking at solar in the near future or a good generator ?

Been with electric company since 2012. Never once have we had interruption due to non payment. On the day our electric bill was due I payed after 5 pm and they added a 50$ deposit hikes to my bill I called and lady at office was like oh well, to bad. If I had a choice I would go some place else or do solar. Nothing worse than no loyalty or customer care. I wouldnt recomend.

Well I am not from here. I move to quitman and discover the electric company that services my area also makes sausages. How peculiar. I am wondering if sausage links will come out of the outlets. The power works great, and smells delicious. But I haven't gotten any links yet. Still waiting by electrical outlet for breakfast to come through for me.
