My husband went there 5 minutes before closing time. They asked him what job he was looking for and told him to fill out of application online. So we did. Tuesday morning they called him and told him he had the job and just needed to come in for a drug test. Shawneika was very helpful and got him the job he wanted in very little time.

What a joke! I applied for a clerical position through Penmac and it's like they disappeared off the face of the earth. I had an interview and they were really nice at first, said I had great qualifications and my experience was a great fit. They said they would set up an interview with the company themselves and I never heard another word from them. They ignored my emails and phone calls and never responded again. If the company went with someone else, it would have at least been nice to know instead of being ignored and left hanging.

I really would like to be in touch with an owner where I can properly provide a grievance about the very poor professionalism of the rude staff that argued with me and refused to help me with a form I need filled out for insurance my husbands boss filled his out without question or problem and the woman I spoke to argued with me and was very rude they refused to help with this form and caused me to lose insurance so I had to reapply with the same information the requested only to be refused and treated poorly again will be reporting to the BBB!!

Staff is always friendly and welcoming. They like to take the little extra time to place you at a job that meets your needs not only the employers. Communication is the key to a great start at a new job.

An Employment agency who lies and does NOT employ!!! They answer the phones and say they will call back, NEVER do. They tell certain people they don't have any jobs available, but other people call in and they have work. We have tested their lies by having some people call in and their told no work and immediately we have had others call in and they have quite a few jobs. They discriminate and comb through people to give whom they want jobs, not any one willing to work.
Their liars, go some place that will treat you EQUAL!!!!!

Company is a joke and can't do their jobs. Told us we had insurance, just to tell us they mis communicated with their corporate office and they were sorry, and we had to wait till December to re-enroll. I'll never go through this God awful company again.

I had the gal at the front desk help me with my application. I answered all questions asked honestly. Items weren't included in my application. The person helping me with my application blamed her mistake on me. Therefore they won't hire me. Complete waste of time and energy. Cannot recommend this staffing agency to anyone.
