People are nice, and no problem with the meds, but the processing is very slow (10 days or more) and communication could be improved. There is no confirmation that phone refill requests are received, so you don't hear anything for days and have to call to check. Then they have called to tell me to pick up my order after I already did. It would be nice if they had a website to log into and set up recurring refills, check status, pay online, etc.

This is the most awesome pharmacy I have ever experienced. The staff is very very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I needed a difficult to find prescription filled and they were fantastic. The pharmacist immediately researched the prescription I needed and stated it would be ready in a few days. The very next time I needed the same medication, the wait time was only one day. Pencol Pharmacy on Colorado Blvd. gets my highest review !!!

My order was not sent to the correct location. So I called and spoke to Chris about it. She was so helpful and so kind. She made it right and shipped it out immediately. I received it the next day. She also took the time to answer some medical questions I had about administering my medication correctly. Very grateful to you Chris thank you.

They do not respect their customer's time and there is no sense of urgency when it comes to filling the prescriptions. They also get an attitude when you call to see when the prescription will be ready. I'm thinking of going back to wedgewood, I just liked using a local company but not if they can't get the prescription filled in a reasonable time. They even told me to request the refill at least a week in advance but clearly that's not enough time either.

I would prefer to give them zero starts. The hours are inadequate. I have paid for my pet Rx and never received it. This includes the shipping fee. Return calls are automated so you can't get any support from the staff. I will never use this pharmacy again and would NEVER recommend it to someone else. If you love your pet, go elsewhere.

I usually have a great customer service experience whenever I come to fill my prescription. There is one younger lady that I think could be a little bit nicer, she is probably newer & still learning.
