Worked here for a year (remotely) it was great at first management was a little unorganized but that was ok but at one point they blatantly refused to accurately pay my commissions I earned and or would make excuses as to why they couldn’t pay me and that was enough for me so I left and found another place that paid twice as much for less work! Work here for six months then move to something better good job for people who like just making calls all day w little supervision but it gets very robotic and draining pay is good for college students. Schedule is nice. Group chat w coworkers helps you get through tough days.

Great company to work for, they hired me on the spot when I first moved to Florida and I have been working with them ever since. I have moved up and over and all around the company, finding my best fit. They have been very supportive and looking out for me as a single mom. Very flexible with time that I need off as well. Great work environment and love the people i work with!!

Its a pretty easy job (Can be very repetitive as an appointment setter, but it can also be very rewarding with the different bonuses but also talking to some pretty amazing people). They do provide great training and support when you have questions.

I absolutely love working with Pearse consulting. Sarah, Connor, Karen are the absolute best! I recently lost my husband due to covid-19 and they have been very understanding and accommodating to my situation. You honestly cannot find that in a job anymore. I've come to consider this my work family and I am so impressed with the motivation and all the time training that they give us to do our jobs the best that we can. I have to say that I am very blessed and proud to work with Pearse Consulting. And I plan on being with this company for as long as they will have me.
