New client interview went well although price point couldn’t be estimated when asked. Had to explain specifics to CPA when she tried to use military exclusion for wife that did not apply in accordance with the law so taxes were delayed. After all said and done, ridiculously overpriced for simple two state return and federal and would not provide itemized listing of charges. If you have complex taxes, they may be useful, but simple returns, stay far away!

Asked for general price ($500) prior to starting was given one number then the actual charge was 4 times that ($2000). Lied about estimated cost. I wanted to meet in person numerous times but was denied. Was not even allowed in to drop off paperwork in person/ it had to be placed in a slot on the door. ironically the end charge was almost the exact same as my refund from the IRS. according to BBB this is a big red flag. I will say the office assistant was always very nice
