I was received by the rudest, most unprofessional worker I had ever seen in my life. The way he treated me, he was just trying to push services on me. I had already reviewed the code, yet he started talking as if I didn’t know that maintenance was necessary when taking a car in. He didn’t take the time to explain things, nor did I have the chance to do my own research, because I like to know what is being done to my car. He treated me very rudely, speaking to me in a loud and aggressive tone. When I decided to speak with one of the supervisors, he even threatened to attack me. I have proof. If management hadn’t been there at that moment, he would have attacked me. I do not plan on returning here. Anyone who values their safety should know this is not the right place, because they will not feel safe with this worker.
I left the photo below because I had never been to a place, to a service, where someone threatened to attack me. I had to leave the place because I feared for my life.

While the GM and service advisor Mark were extremely professional whoever worked on the vehicle was not. Car got towed because of hitting a pothole the “tech” stated car needed a new tire and “balanced” the tire however the wheel was badly bent and almost caused an accident as going over 50 mph the car would become extremely wobbly. I understand mistakes happen but for a professional to remove a tire, look at the wheel and put the tire on and then re balance and not notice the bent wheel is unacceptable. I understand dealers do not fix bent wheels usually but at least make a mention of it since i’m paying for the service

I'm going today for the driver-side door problem for the sixth time. Here is just one attachment to show that I am not bullshiting. I guess they like to play with customers. Insurence paid them almost $5k for fixing the door and their service is worse. But one of the managers Mahmud I think his name seems more professional than the other manager he fixed half of the problem. 2 years ago they returned my car without tightening the wheel and it came out while I driving lucky I had no injury. The people work inside they are very unprofessional. I am thinking to make a legal complaint report about this service center.

Had the best service to replace a tire, Anthony de la Cruz helped me and guided me through the entire process. Nice customer service lounge with free drinks and snacks to make the waiting time comfortable. Very nice experience for this type of errand
