Horror story,

They tripled the cost of filing my taxes (very simple return) without ever letting me know until it was time to pay (nothing about my tax return changed from the year before)

They made a mistake filing sisters taxes and tried to charge her more to fix their own mistake.

I called them to make sure my taxes were filed because i didn't remember E-signing, they told me everything was done and filed. They then called me the day before tax day to tell me they made a mistake and there weren't filed and i needed to rush in that day to sign, when i was there i asked my accountant a few questions maybe 10-15 minutes and he invoiced me $150 without ever telling me this would be billable time.

I left the firm after being a loyal customer for 10 years.
