This was the only gym open on New Years Eve and let me tell you the owner and the place is awesome! I reached out to contact them and expected an automatic response but it was actually the owner! He answered my questions on NYE! That's great customer support right there!! The gym was awesome and had a lot of equipment. Some of the machines I have never used before and I felt like a kid on the playground. I had a great workout and was happy to see people there getting their last workout for the year. The only thing I can say that I had a bad experience with was trying to shower. I am not sure if the water heater is on a timer because there was no hot water. This was on the 31st of Dec and really it sucked but other than that I really loved working out at this gym.

I love the convenient 24/7 access! Outlift Athletics is the best gym I have ever trained at and it is equipped with the most crazy awesome equipment! I know the owner imported most of the new equipment from overseas, and the cleanliness and organization reflect a commitment to excellence. I appreciate the attention to detail in maintaining a motivating and organized environment. I would recommend Outlift to anyone as the best gym on long island!

Visited this gym while traveling for work for a solid month and was able to maintain my powerlifting training without a hitch. They have absolutely EVERYTHING you could ask for from speciality barbells, kilos, machines, mobility/stretching equipment, turf square footage and even bay doors that are open when it’s nice out! The members and culture here is top tier. Anyone will happily spot you when needed; don’t be afraid to ask. 10/10 would recommend!

FANTASTIC! I was traveling and made a trip out of my way to get my lifts in here, and I was not disappointed! This gym is an iron lovers dream! That being said there were all kinds of people in the gym and everyone looked comfortable and accepted.

The fact there are TWO different turf areas for conditioning and strongman is awesome. All kinds of different machines, strongman and powerlifting specialty gear, as well as the sauna and cold plunge. If I lived in the area I would be here everyday!

This is hands down the best gym on Long Island, IMO.

I still belong to other gyms, but Outlift Athletics is in a class of its own.

It is worth EVERY penny!

Great, clean facility for a great price. Responsive gym owner that takes feedback from membership. Has every piece of equipment you could imagine and more. Paired with recovery services (cold plunge, sauna, etc), massage, 1-on-1 performance physical therapy, personal training, all under one roof!

I’m an older powerlifter (67 year old lady). It’s been my favorite gym since 2019. I have never felt out of place with the very supportive community of many young, and middle age lifters. The owners are very passionate about their business and are constantly upgrading or buying new equipment. They are very responsive any questions I have regarding meet prep, rehab, etc. The gym has everything one would need for any variation of powerlifting or accessory movements. Plus they are great with rehab work!
