Kirk Orseck helped us with a lawsuit and was amazing. He was always responsive and answered emails within 20 minutes or less, even took time out to help me once after hours and once on a weekend. I was extremely satisfied with the service we received from him and his entire staff. They were always very attentive and wonderful to work with. Kirk Orseck and Gerald Orseck, Really dropped the ball on my case. This law office is the most unprofessional legal council in the State of NY. So unprofessional, I don't understand how Kirk Orseck can sit as a Justice in the Town of Liberty . Lack of communication and lies from everyone in this office. Use at your own risk. He will tell you what you want to hear and leave you in the wind. I am currently filing a complaint form with the The Supreme Court Attorney Grievance Committee for the Third Judicial Department.

This man was suppose to defend me and find the best avenue for me as a client, instead, he left me hanging. Misrepresented me, told me to plead guilty and take it to Supreme Court of Appeals. Boy was that a mistake. The man has been radio silent for 6 months!!!!!!!!!!
